Yesterday, we took 20 of our Junior Leadership Team to the stunning and luxurious Danesfield House Hotel and Spa in Marlow for an unforgettable day of personal development, leadership training, and life planning — and it was nothing short of extraordinary.
These young leaders, aged 8–16, are not only the future of Storm Family Martial Arts, but also future coaches, teachers, business owners, and change-makers in their communities.
Our goal? To equip them with real-world skills, ambitious life goals, and the confidence to chase them down — all in a setting that showed them what’s possible when you think big.

We were honoured to welcome a very special guest: The Headmaster of ACS International School in Egham — one of the leading schools in the country. He ran a fantastic workshop on Communication and Collaboration, inspiring our young leaders to think about how they connect with others and work as a team — skills that matter on the mats and beyond.
🍽️ The VIP Experience
It wasn’t all hard work! Everyone enjoyed a 5-star lunch, explored the beautiful gardens, and were lucky enough to witness a guest arrive by private helicopter — a moment that absolutely wowed the kids and sparked great conversations about aspiration and success.
👊 Instructor Support
Four of our Instructor Team were on hand all day, offering guidance, encouragement and helping the kids get the most from the experience. The venue, the content, and the whole energy of the day left both students and their parents absolutely blown away.
