We maintain a professional appearance, arriving in clean, pressed uniforms, with excellent personal hygiene.
We are punctual, arriving early to prepare and support the class fully.
We maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, knowing that our energy motivates our students.
We commit to regular personal training and development to keep our skills sharp and inspiring.
Safety and Wellbeing First
The safety and wellbeing of our students is our top priority — always.
We hold all required certifications: DBS checks, First Aid, Safeguarding, and Insurance.
We conduct thorough risk assessments of all training venues and ensure equipment is safe and well-maintained.
We provide appropriate supervision and adapt training to suit the age, ability, and health of every student.
We foster an environment free from bullying, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour of any kind.
We create a welcoming and inclusive space where every student feels valued and safe.
Respectful Communication
We communicate clearly, kindly, and respectfully with students, parents, and fellow instructors.
We provide positive, constructive feedback — focusing on encouragement, not criticism.
We actively listen to concerns and respond professionally, escalating issues as needed.
We always treat parents with respect, giving feedback thoughtfully and carefully.
We avoid favourites and ensure every student receives fair and equal attention.

We never abuse our position of trust, physically, emotionally, or otherwise.
Responsibilities and Accountability
We keep accurate attendance records and complete all administrative tasks as required.
We ensure students complete necessary health checks and understand any medical considerations before training.
We take immediate action to report and address any safeguarding or conduct concerns.
We never accept or overlook violations of Storm’s Codes of Conduct — by students, parents, or colleagues.
We actively promote Storm’s mission of developing champions for life, both in martial arts and in character.
