In September we will be working on the character lesson: CHARISMA.
There is a simple fact in human nature that states we all want to be liked. Charisma is all about relationships and how people regard you. The best part is: charisma can definitely be developed. Anyone can add more to his or her personality.
You can help by reinforcing charisma at home. Below are some tips on how to compliment the lessons we teach about charisma this month:
-
Help your child improve his or her physical health. This includes eating right and taking good care of his or her personal hygiene. When people feel good about themselves, it carries over when they interact with others.
-
Look your child in the eyes and smile a lot. Your children will model your behaviour.
-
Help your child become an avid reader. This will stimulate their intellect. After they read a book, ask them to explain what they read and the lesson they learned from the story.
