We are looking for total beginners to join us for an 8 week course, starting in January to raise money for the charity MIND.

The cost is £75. All profits from the course will go to MIND charity and you will receive:
8 weeks training (16 lessons) Boxing gloves Storm T-shirt Dedicated beginner class Group training plus 1:2:1 tuition from our senior students Grading at the end of course to earn your Yellow Belt Access to on-line Kickboxing Syllabus for home practice ‘Guide To Healthy Eating’ Book Surprise bonuses, to be unveiled to you when you startWe are fun, friendly and family focused with 500 members training across 8 locations.
The course will be delivered by Team GB athlete & Chief Instructor, Digger Barnes.
The course will be available at these locations:
Bracknell Academy – Sandy Lane School
Warfield Academy – Warfield Primary School
Maidenhead Academy – St Mary’s Primary School
The course is a Kickboxing course but is non-contact. You will be punching and kicking pads at White Belt level only.
You will also be learning techniques from our Fight SMART System. A very effective self defence programme.
