A Night to Remember: Storm A-Team Takes on Clip ‘n Climb!
Last Friday was a truly special evening for our Storm Family Martial Arts A-Team! To thank them for their hard work and dedication throughout the year, we treated all 40 of our junior coaches and classroom assistants to an exclusive adventure at Clip ‘n Climb. It was a night filled with excitement, camaraderie, and well-deserved celebration.
A Thank-You Adventure
Our A-Team members are the backbone of our Dragons Classes, where they coach, mentor, and inspire our youngest martial artists aged 4 to 6. To show our appreciation, we hired the entire Clip ‘n Climb venue exclusively for our A-Team from all our locations, giving them a chance to unwind, have fun, and connect outside of the academy.
Building Bonds Across Locations
With A-Team members coming from multiple locations, this event was also a fantastic opportunity to build friendships across our academy. It was heartwarming to see teammates from Maidenhead, Bracknell, Warfield, Wokingham, Windsor, Twyford, and Woodley coming together, cheering each other on, and forging stronger connections.
Conquering Challenges with Confidence
The evening was packed with adventure as our A-Team tackled Clip ‘n Climb’s incredible climbing challenges. From dizzying heights to tricky obstacles, the A-Team showed the same determination and confidence they bring to their roles in class. Watching them encourage one another and celebrate each other’s achievements was inspiring and a true reflection of the values we instill at Storm Family Martial Arts.
A Family Affair
The parents of our A-Team members also joined in the celebration and enjoyed complimentary access to the on-site café. It was a lovely chance for families to relax and connect while witnessing the incredible confidence and teamwork displayed by the A-Team on the climbing walls.
A Huge Thank You!
This event was more than just a fun night out—it was our way of saying *thank you*. The A-Team are not only role models to our youngest students but also shining examples of leadership and resilience. Their dedication throughout the year has been nothing short of remarkable, and we’re so proud of everything they’ve achieved.
Looking Ahead
As we wrap up another incredible year, we’re reminded of how special our Storm community is. The A-Team continues to embody the values of hard work, kindness, and teamwork, both on and off the mats. We can’t wait to see what they’ll accomplish in 2024!
