Congratulations to our very own Chief Instructor, Digger Barnes, who represented Team GB at the Kickboxing World Championships in Greece and came away with the Bronze Medal in the Masters Division (age 35+).
At age 52 and at 80kg this was a huge achievement as he was fighting against 100kg men almost 20 years younger.
